Day 11: New Hat & Learning to Latch

Mom knit baby Q a new preemie sized hat with an orange "Q" on the front. He slept in it last night, and of course wiggled out of it by the morning. Here he is waking up at 9AM for his suckling & holding session. He is practicing sucking on his preemie sized binky while mom is dealing the 4th onesie and blanket peed on. I have no idea how he is missing the diaper entirely. Thankfully the poo makes it into the diaper!

The suckling session went well, and Quinlan latched multiple times. This is a big step towards feeding which will hopefully happen next week.
