Early Intervention - 1st visit

    Our first visit for Early Intervention was yesterday. This was more of a planning meeting where we established overall goals, a schedule for visits, and filled out paperwork. However, we did discuss different breast feeding positions that may work better for us. Mom is to try lying on her side so she is more relaxed, letdown happens sooner, and Quinlan gets milk with greater ease. We are also to continue to try and engage him when he looks at us and start to make faces he can imitate. Here he is focusing more on his own nose than mom's face.
     We have set up weekly appointments with Chrissy, his developmental specialist. She is to come for one hour sessions on Thursday mornings.
