Quinlan went to his first BBQ on Memorial Day in style wearing his 70's style collar and fancy plaid shorts. We walked 1/2 mile to a friend's house and enjoyed grilled veggies, craft beer, and good conversation. Quinlan stayed in the carrier on mom and was really well behaved, not to mention well received. He was the only baby there as this particular group of friends are younger, but the ladies still asked about him and exclaimed how cute he was even the the fellas seemed a bit scared.
We stayed for a little over 2 hours before making our way back home to feed Q and put him to bed. It was good to be able to socialize and bring Quinlan along. We hope this it the start of many summer outings with our little man. He definitely has the wardrobe for it!
Quinlan was tired afterwards and quickly fell asleep after eating a full 4 ounces, changing into sleep attire, and going to bed. You can see his big yawn below.... it was a big day!
